Thanks for choosing an Airnettress product. We take pride in the integrity and quality of our products. We make our products with the safest materials and finest workmanship.

Numu Air crib sleep surface is designed and intended for personal use, not for commercial facilities or hospitals. Therefore, this warranty does not cover commercial use.

What is covered and how long is it covered?

Numu Air Sleep Surface: Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and covers any defect of materials or workmanship which impedes the reasonable continued use of the sleep surface for as long as it is owned and continuously maintained by the original owner or gift recipient from the time of purchase.

Irrespectively of the above, Numu Air’s plastic corners and the woven net warranties are for one (1) year. For the Numu Air comfort cover, we provide a Limited Warranty that covers any defect of materials or workmanship which impedes the reasonable continued use of the comfort cover for as long as it is owned and continuously maintained by the original owner or gift recipient for one (1) year from the time of purchase.

Coverage may be verified provided you remain the original owner of the Numu Air sleep surface and have proof of purchase (or gift), either from Airnettress or from an authorized original Airnettress wholesaler, reseller, department store, or boutique.

How to get warranty service:

To report a claim, contact customer support. Please provide 1) a brief written description of the problem; 2) a picture of your Product’s law label; and 3) proof of purchase (such as an original dated sales receipt). During the warranty period, Airnettress will do the following:

In the unlikely event of a defect due to materials or workmanship within the applicable Warranty period, Airnettress will, at our discretion, either replace any defective or non-conforming goods, or refund the purchase price relating to the defective goods.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty on Numu Air Sleep Surface, and Limited Warranty on the comfort cover do not apply to minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws; normal wear and tear; soiling and staining caused by grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, dyes, solvents, corrosives; intentional or accidental damage/abuse (i.e. cutting into the material); misuse/mishandling of the product and any of its components; or to items that do not contain the original manufacturer’s law tag. They also do not apply when, upon inspection, the products (1) are found to be in unsanitary condition, or (2) where the product failure is due to a cause other than defective workmanship or materials. Examples of what is not covered include, but is not limited to: (a) abusive stretching, handling, misuse or neglect; (b) discoloration which can occur from chemical or extended UV-light exposure; (c) tears, stains, burns; (d) attempting to clean the sleep surface or cover in an inappropriate manner; (e) improper storage of the products in an area exposed to chemicals, solvents, or other toxic materials; (f) using other products or components with Airnettress products; (g) leaving the products otherwise unprotected from weather, moisture, pets, or pests. Airnettress is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. The removable comfort cover is designed to be used in conjunction with the sleep surface core as a system. Any damage resulting from use or attempted use of the comfort cover with any other sleep surface or component, or in any other manner shall void the limited warranty.

Additionally, every Airnettress product is constructed individually, one at a time. As such, some degree of individualization of the finished product is an inherent part of that product. Imperfections that do not prevent reasonable continued use of the product are not considered to be defects. For example, surfaces may not be perfectly even and corners may not be perfectly shaped or symmetrical. These are not considered to be defects.

This Warranty does not cover shipping charges associated with returning the damaged Product or with shipping any replacement product. This warranty does not cover damages in excess of the purchase price that you paid for your product.

Airnettress does not make specific medical or health claims regarding our products. Allergies, specific measures of microbe resistance, stain resistance, fluid resistance, and/or relief from pre-existing medical or other conditions are not covered under the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty and Limited Warranty. A licensed physician should address all concerns or questions regarding medical or health conditions.

Your rights under state laws:

This Limited Lifetime Warranty and Limited Warranty give you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or restriction of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Any implied Warranties shall be limited in scope to the duration of the related Limited Lifetime Warranty and Limited Warranty; however, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied Warranty may last, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Neither any express Warranties nor any implied Warranties of merchantability and/or fitness are extended to consumers who purchase Airnettress products from anyone other than Airnettress or its authorized sellers.

BINDING ARBITRATION NOTICE:

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND AIRNETTRESS WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY REQUIRE YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH AIRNETTRESS, AND LIMIT THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM US.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related in any way to this Agreement, or any services performed hereunder which cannot be amicably resolved by the parties shall be solely and finally settled by arbitration administered by the arbitration agency selected by Airnettress (for example, the National Arbitration Mediation organization), in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place before a panel of either one or three arbitrators, the number of which is selected by Airnettress. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrators will be bound to adjudicate all disputes in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. The decision of the arbitrators shall be in writing with written findings of fact and shall be final and binding on the parties. Each party shall bear its own costs, including attorney’s fees, relating to the arbitration proceedings irrespective of its outcome. If there is a joint cost because of the arbitration, such as the arbitration fee, then the parties will equally split that cost. This section provides the sole recourse for the settlement of any disputes arising out of, in connection with, or related to this Agreement.
