numu® Adapter to Effortlessly Connect the Sensor Pad of a Breathing or a Motion Monitor
Our sleep surface is intended to be hollow for better airflow, but with this adapter, you can easily use a breathing / motion sensor with it.
Reliable Detection
Since the net is very thin, with this adapter, a breathing or motion monitor can detect motion easier than with a regular thick mattress.
Place Wisely
The monitor pad should be put under the sleep surface. It’s recommended to choose the lower part of the sleep surface, further away from where the baby will be.
Install the Adapter
The adapter goes in between the air net and the monitor pad or similar device. The spring in it will keep it tightly pressed to both surfaces simultaneously.
Vibration Transfer
As the baby breathes and moves, the vibrations on the mesh of the sleep surface are transferred to the monitoring device through the adapter.
Monitor-Ready for Enhanced Safety
The sleep surface is designed to keep the mesh taut. It improves the net’s sensitivity to breathing and motion. The springs inside the adapter sense the vibrations in the tight mesh and transfer these signals to the detecting device. Install the device of your choice underneath the sleep surface and connect it to the air net with the adapter, and the safety of your crib is now maximized.
